Chris came to us with a unique vision in mind for his track inspired built Accord and we brought his vision from a dream to a reality. His vehicle has many titanium parts and the exhaust was no exception.
He asked that we have his exhaust exit from the center of the rear bumper. In order to do this we had to cut and fabricate a tunnel in his trunk pan.
Then we fabricated a custom rear bumper bar that acts not only as a bumper reinforcement, but a mount for the exhaust axle back section and a quick jacking point when out on the track.
The exhaust was made entirely out of 3" titanium piping, pieced together and tig welded to our high quality standard.
Once we insured the complete exhaust was a precise fit to the vehicle, we began our heat treatment process.
To finish it off, we made a Titanium beauty plate that bolts into place to protect his rear bumper at the exhaust outlet.
